By using Pawprints you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Pawprints is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in full alongside these terms and can be read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly:
Prices shown are in US dollars. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm, and that price is the one you pay.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your walks, map, photos and care records are never locked behind Plus. If a subscription lapses, your archive stays readable.
Your dogs, photos, routes and notes are yours. I claim no ownership of them. Everything stays on your devices and in your iCloud account, except what you choose to share through Top Dogs, which is described in the Top Dogs community rules and the Privacy Policy.
Top Dogs is optional. If your dog joins, other Pawprints users can see the name and title you choose and your dog's park visits. These rules apply to everyone who uses Top Dogs, including people who only view the boards.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Names must not be offensive, sexual, hateful, harassing or threatening, and must not refer to drugs or violence. Do not include a phone number, email address, link or social media handle. Do not impersonate another person, another dog, Pawprints or Apple. Do not fake visits.
To report a dog, long-press it or tap the ellipsis on its row or record, then choose Report. You can also block a dog the same way. A blocked dog shows as "Blocked user" on the boards you see, and its owner is not told.
I review reports within 24 hours. A name that breaks these rules is hidden, and a household that breaks them is removed from Top Dogs, which hides all of its dogs. Names are also checked automatically when they are saved.

Please pay attention to where you're walking rather than to your phone. Don't use Pawprints in a way that breaks the law or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Pawprints is provided "as is". GPS is imprecise, phones run out of battery, and sync can lag. It is a record of your walks — not a safety system, and not a medical or veterinary tool.
Don't rely on it for anything where being wrong would be serious, and never rely on it in an emergency involving your dog's health or safety. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
